About Author:

S Babu is working as an Associate Professor in the School of Energy, Department of Mechanical Engineering, PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. After completing his masters’ degree, he joined as an SRF in a BRNS-funded project at IGCAR, Kalpakkam. He has two patents on solar hot water system design and has published more than 34 papers in international/national journals and conferences. He has received more than 9 awards from state/central government organisations for his contribution to R&D. His total research fund is worth Rs.2.27 crores.

M Karthikkaruppu BEE Certified Energy Auditor, CII IGBC AP, SCGJ Solar Assessor, MSME EV Charging Infrastructure and Technology, and NSC Electrical Safety. He is involved in BEE/EESL projects like AgDSM, MuDSM, and PAT Scheme.He has immense knowledge and experience in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
